Welcome back for another year of adventures in chocolate. We're continuing our flavor archetypes with the Rebel: non-nonsense, full-bodied, confident flavors. We'd be breaking the rules (if we hadn't broken them already). This month's collection packs a wide variety of ganaches, including St. George's Coffee liqueur, Kentucky bourbon, and Cara Cara orange. You'll also find burnt caramels and chai truffles for that extra kick in the rear.
