We like it dark, which is what makes December such a lovely month. More time for hot cocoa, cozy confections, and daytime napping — which leads us our archetype for this month's collection, The Dreamer.

This is a chance to let go and follow wherever the flavors take you. Like a dream, how these flavors fit together may not be immediately clear, but they work. The trick is savoring without overthinking.
